PerkMedia LLC ("PerkMedia," "we," "our," or "us") operates SmartFlutter (smartflutters.com), a family of rewarded games, rewarded surveys and offerwall products for app and web publishers, together with the advertising technology, user acquisition and media buying services behind them.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use SmartFlutter, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website, to the SmartFlutter mobile applications, to any SmartFlutter SDK you integrate into your own app or site, and to the advertiser and publisher relationships that fund them.

This document covers the SmartFlutter-specific points; where the two differ, the company-wide policy is the more specific and controlling one.

2. What SmartFlutter Does

SmartFlutter operates and supports:

• Rewarded games and apps that pay users in a reward currency for completing tasks
• Rewarded survey and offerwall experiences
• Offerwall SDKs that publishers integrate into mobile apps and websites
• Advertising and user acquisition campaigns
• Analytics, attribution and reward tracking

Publishers connect their apps to the SmartFlutter platform, advertisers fund the offers that appear in them, and users complete tasks in exchange for rewards.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Give Us

• Contact details submitted through the contact form on this site
• Business contact information, advertiser and publisher account records, and support correspondence
• Payment and payout information where you are a publisher receiving rewards or an advertiser paying for campaigns

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location, language and time zone
• Device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID or IDFA where you have permitted them
• Task completion, offer impression, offer click, install and conversion events
• Referral source, campaign identifiers and reward balances
• Crash logs, diagnostics and fraud-prevention signals

3.3 Reward and Offerwall Data

Because SmartFlutter operates an offerwall, we necessarily record which task a user saw, whether they completed it, which advertiser funded it and what was paid. Without this we could neither verify a completion nor pay a reward. We treat completion records as personal data and do not sell them.

4. How We Use Information

• To operate the platform, verify task completion, and pay rewards
• To provide support, invoices and transaction records
• To detect fraud, abuse and invalid traffic
• To measure campaign performance for advertisers and publishers
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic, and a Google Maps embed to show our office location. The map is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies. Analytics is used to count page views and understand which sections are useful; we do not use it to build advertising profiles about individual visitors.

6. Legal Bases

Where the GDPR or a comparable regime applies, we rely on performance of a contract for information needed to operate the services you ask for, legitimate interests for fraud prevention, security and service improvement, consent for advertising cookies where consent is required, and legal obligation for tax, accounting and regulatory records.

7. Sharing

We share information with advertising and measurement partners only to the extent needed to run and bill a campaign, with app stores and SDK vendors that deliver our software, and with professional advisers, auditors, or authorities where we are legally required to. We do not sell personal information.

8. Retention

We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as a legal, tax or accounting rule requires it. Reward and transaction records are retained for the period needed to resolve disputes and to satisfy accounting obligations.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export your personal information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Contact us and we will act on your request; if you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Transfers

PerkMedia and its service providers may process information outside your own country. Where we do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

12. Security

We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information: encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege, logging and periodic review. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not treat the data as low-risk because it is behavioural rather than financial.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our products or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
